Egg Prep
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Fried Rice
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups diced Jennie-O® Turkey Grillers™
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® Frozen Baby Sweet Peas, thawed

4 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 2 tbsp each: teriyaki and soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chick broth
Directions
In skillet, heat oil, add egg, tipping pan to spread thinly.
Cook until barely set; turn once and cook 30 seconds.
Cool; cut into thin threads
In wok, saute ginger, garlic and turkey in oil.
Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add wild rice, egg threads and remaining ingredients.
Mix well; heat through.
