Super Tasty Wild Rice Pilaf
My mom always served this Super Tasty Wild Rice Pilaf at Thanksgiving and I loved it so much that I had to share it with you guys. This dish is packed with flavor thanks to the combination of wild rice and long-grain brown rice, and it's super easy to make. All you have to do is melt some butter in a Dutch oven, add some onions and garlic, and then throw in the wild rice and thyme. Next, stir in some chicken stock, salt, pepper, and bay leaves, and let it simmer for about an hour until the rice is tender. Finally, remove the bay leaves, fluff the rice mixture with a fork, and stir in some parsley for a fresh, herby finish. Trust me, this Super Tasty Wild Rice Pilaf will be a hit at your next gathering!
