Ingredients

2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 pkg (9 oz) Green Giant® Simply Steam Baby Sweet Peas, prepared as directed on pkg
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2/3 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup Crystal Farms® Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 6 large green olives, chopped
Dressing (whisk together):
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean Teriyaki™ Stir Fry Sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Add dressing; toss. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours prior to serving.
