Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, and shape each portion into a patty.
Place the flour on a plate, and lightly coat each patty in the flour.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with your favorite toppings. Serve hot.
